Facebook Posts to Boost Engagement By John Phanchalad

Facebook can be a great tool for businesses to boost their customers’ engagement. But only certain types of post actually work to boost engagement, these posts are:

1.    Quotes: Famous quotes are memorized, put on shirts, coffee cups and bumper stickers. So by using quotes, you’re grabbing the attention of people who love to copy them and re-use them on their site. Make your quotes relevant to your product, service or promotion and make them memorable.
2.    Ask your customers a question: by asking their opinion, their favorite book or product or even favorite holiday food, you’re engaging them to respond and interact with you.
3.    Provide tips and tricks. For example if you run a gourmet salt shop, you may give tips about what salt to use when, or how to store your salt in a humid environment.
4.    Fill in the blank posts are funny and engaging. They ask customers to be creative and engage with you and other users. For example, you could post, my favorite way to eat salt is on a------.”
5.    Caption this image. This is a fun way to get customers attention because it uses an image and also asks them to think about something, respond to it and interact with the wider audience.
6.    Post a meme: these are funny pictures or posters with humorous lines that people often share and repost on their own social media. Make it relevant to your business, and have your business’ contact information somewhere on the meme.

These tips will help bring in social media customers, and also lets you use Facebook in a fun, interesting way. Customers will like to see the playful, creative side of your company and you can really get to know our customers by engaging with them over Facebook.
